In the sphere of Tanglefoot there are several giant turtles that have formed a bond with the humans and other intelligent creatures of the world. Some of these majestic beast travel with nomadic seafarers but some will even allow settlements to be built on their titan shells.

The Three Sisters is the largest and long lasting of these settlements. These three ancient turtles have always traveled together. For generations now a village has grown up around them. About half of the structures are floating house boats but there are stone structures that have been built on the shell that are protected by magic. The turtles rarely go under the water any more but when they do bubbles of air surround these protected buildings.

The village is lead by Azule Breeze, a tribal chief that comes from a long line of tribal chiefs and prosperous fishermen. He has twin daughters who will be next in line for power.

The Three Sisters mostly stick to the calmer waters of the sweet current but several times a year they brave the rougher waters.
