Still fully working out the Origin Path, but he's definitely got Peer (Military), at least. Probably because his Fortress World has a tradition of soldiery passed down from the Solar Auxilia cohorts that settled it. As for a ship position, I'd like Master At Arms, or  First Officer if that's possible.

I don't think I have any peers, enemies or Reputations to speak of, but i haven't completed my full character creation yet, so It is yet to be seen.

as for speaking, I'll claim pink, I do so adore the colour~

I had intended that this game be rated as 'Mature' but took the flag down as I wasn't sure if people could read the character creation and games play post. Before I put it back up please let me know if that's a problem for any of you, age wise, if so I'll have a rethink.

 Also, mature is fine by me. I wouldn't object to adult either, not that a cogboy is going to be wiggling his tatty bojangles at anyone.

Yeah, Mature for 40k at the very least is almost a must.

I also wouldn't object to Adult. Chaos is pretty wretched, after all.

I'm perfectly fine with a higher rating, though I'll note that if it ends up an adult game we'll probably all have to redeclare that we're of age.

Same, adult or mature, so we may please Khorne with visceral descriptions. ^^

100% fine with the higher rating (Mature or Adult), 40k is Grimdark, after all, it wouldn't do to tone down the visceral reality of it.

The charsheet confuses me. What are we supposed to fill out in the various statistics? What is Score, why is the Final Value pre-filled with 35? What is a Base Stat and why are there crosses?

Those X's are place holders.

Base stat is what you initially rolled or bought with point buy, creation bonus is what you get from homeworld, motivation, etc, advances are what you purchased with xp, equipment bonus is any stat boost you get from wargear, final value is everything added together, and score is you first number. Like, if you have 44 Toughness, your score would be 4.

I need to turn in but this is the final total of Peers and Hatreds:

Peer (Military)
Hatred (Orks, Pirates, Chaos+) (The plus means will kill on sight unless he makes a WP check to not kill them on sight)

I ended up with this:

Enemy(Ecclesiarchy)
Hatred(Chaos worshipers) <- Kill on sight unless I make a willpower roll.

What's our profit factor? (for the starting acquisition)

Also I think our starting acquisition is independent of PF; we only need a final modifier of +0 and that we must be able to use it, if it's a weapon.

It uses the base group Profit Factor. Including that, the final factor must be +0, right?

I've got a +1 and a -1 to our Profit Factor, so I'm a solid neutral.

@Arius: That stat chart makes perfect sense, I did not in any way mess anything up or leave useless characters anywhere in it! *ehm* sorry for the outburst please return to your duties...

 My sheet is actually complete from last time, I just need to get to my PC and add it here. There are advantages to being an old hand at this!

I seem to have more players on my notes at home than there are on the cast list, please PM me if I've failed to include you. I have to go out now, (RPGing with real people), but I'll review that latter tonight.

Hey, all happy to be joining the crew!

Hello! Playing as your ship confessor. At work myself so still have to get everything together but look forward to mayhem in the future.

Mystery of the extra players solved, I was confusing character names with player names.

I have updated the crew list in the Pious Lament file.

I realise as I edited this that the two people who had applied for Warp Guide both opted for other professions on finding out about each other, which was a real shame as they both presented outstanding concepts. If either of you want to switch back, Warp Guide is still open.

I mean I'd be down to switch back to Navigator and roll out Cennet Melek Shiraishi as the warp guide for the vessel but probably something to discuss with the other to know how they feel on it?

I mean, I like my Navigator character more, but I don't want to leave us without a Chief Chirurgen. And if you really would prefer to play your Navigator, I won't stand in the way. I'll have fun regardless of what I play. =)
