Three humanoid arms with claws and dead grey flesh come out of the mouth up to the shoulder and start attacking (you can go first)

Anewbus shoots a magic missle

Hadrian V swings his sword at one of the arms reaching out from the demonic door.

Hadrian V chops one of the arms off, and Anewbus blows bits off of another, but it keeps swinging around.  The two arms attack Hadrian the others being out of melee range. One scratches him (4 damage.)

Decu fires another arrow.

Anewbus uses his wand of magic missiles again

The arms and door fail under the assault.  There's small room beyond with a pile of 9000 ep (3000 each, also 90 xp ea.)

Gather it all up, then search the room thoroughly, especially the walls.

There's no secret doors to be found there.

Let’s move on.

It looks like there's no way to go except to backtrack.  You make it back to the stairs.

Bas Relief 1 - stairs up or explore.

Explore.

Bas Relief 2 - to the side of the passage there's stairs going up (I assume you continue)
Bas Relief 3 - Door leads to a passage.
Bas Relief 4 - Dead end (can eat/regain 1 spell)

After resting you search for secret doors and find one

Bas Relief 5 - opens into a 20'x20' dead end room, after entering, the door closes, you notice buttons next to the door with the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.  There's a slot with a piece of metal sticking out with a red triangle mounted on the end, one of the triangle's points is pointing to button 3.

Decu pushes button 3.

The door opens to the bas relief passage you entered from (dead end, you can backtrack, rest, etc. or push another button.
