Against his better judgment, Decu opens the stone box.  But he tries to do it at an angle in case arrows (or whatever) shoot out.

Hadrian V, likewise, stands at an angle from the box.

The floaters' skin turns white, and they say three different voices in your head "How disappointing.  Would you mind if we accompany you?  Yes, you are more stimulating than this drab space."

"I don't have a problem with it, if you're going to help us fight." Decu looks to the others for their input.

Hadrian V shrugs.

"I don't see why they can't follow us."

Anewbus says "Indubitably."

(I'm assuming continuing then, dead end so searching for secret doors.)

You find a secret door,

Rt 3 - Door goes to a passage, that ends in another door
Rt 4 - Door goes to a passage, that ends in another door
Rt 5 - Door goes to a passage, the passage turns, a huge bed is there (too big & heavy to carry)
Rt 6 - Passage continues, 3 skeletons are in the passage, one has a shield.

Decu chucks a lit molitov at the skeletons.

Hadrian V charges the skeleton with the shield with his sword at the ready.

Anewbus throws a dagger somewhere not very near a skeleton.  He wanted to make sure not to hit any party members.

Decu lit up a skeleton like a torch, which caused it to fall into a pile of scorched bones, Hadrian V shattered so many bones of the skeleton he hit the remains were hard to identify as even once human.

The tentacled saucers turn red and you hear in your minds "My Word! Foul undead! Destroy them! " and flail at the last skeleton with their tentacles.  One of them grabs the skeleton and the bones start dissolving with a fizzing noise.

Who wants the shield?

Hadrian V gives a thumbs-up to the floating tentacle creatures before taking the shield.

I'll take it. Extra AC is always welcome.

Rt 7 - Door to another passage,
Rt 8 - a Chute drops below the party, leaving them lost in a mineshaft.

Mines 8 lost - A fishing pool (can eat, regain 1 spell, and fish if you have a 10' pole or fishing pole. Let me know if you're fishing or not each)

I will fish, I have a fishing pole, also if anyone needs a 10' pole to borrow to fish, I've got one.

Decu keeps a lookout.

Was waiting to see if Hadrian was going to fish as it's easier to do it all at once, but it's been 24 hours, so I'll just do Anewbus' for now.

Perhaps we should move on unless anyone else wishes to fish.  I don't want to be bait for another sea monster.
