We will be using Street Level priorities for character creation as defined on page 64 of the main book. We will also be using Sum to Ten from Run Faster.

Actually, nothing would need to change if went with the Sum To Ten method. With Sum To Ten, a A priority selection is 4 points, B is 3, C is 2, D is 1, and E is 0. You can still make only one selection from each column, but can have multiple of the same. So, for example:
METATYPE C - Elf (3) - 2 pts
ATTRIBUTES C - 16 Pts - 2 pts
MAGIC OR RESONANCE C - Aspected Magician: Magic 3, one Rating 2 Magical skill group - 2 pts
SKILLS C - 28/2 - 2 pts
RESOURCES C - 25,000 nuyen - 2 pts
or you could have:
METATYPE D - Human (3) - 1 pts
ATTRIBUTES B - 20 Pts - 3 pts
MAGIC OR RESONANCE E - None - 0 pts
SKILLS B - 36/5 - 3 pts
RESOURCES B - 50,000 nuyen - 3 pts
In the last case, if went Human (0) for an E and 0 pts, could make one of the others an A for 4 pts.
