i'ghalla                      A dried stalk, reddish in hue.
                              Traps air inside of it.  Inserting
                              one end of the stalk into your mouth and
                              biting it supplies you with two to four
                              extra breaths, depending on the size of the
                              stalk.
                              <orange>In game terms, if you bit a i'ghalla
                              root, you can extend the amount of time
                              you can hold your breath by a number of rounds
                              equal to a TOU test.
