North Moor:

Lady Grenna Trenion:
The current head of House Trenion and ruler of the North Moor Barony. An elderly woman, Lady Grenna has a reputation for being strict and ruthless in her rulership of the fief, though she is also known for being both fair in her dealings with subjects and her dispensation of the law. Gaunt by appearence, she is often clad in the black and white of her House, and strikes quite an imposing figure to those who meet her.

Lord Kohn Trenion:
The heir apparent of House Trenion. Like his mother, Kohn is known for being a harsh, but fair man. In his late thirties of middling height and thin build, those who speak to him find a sharp, intelligent mind behind an unassuming, humorless exterior.
Due to his mother's advanced age, Kohn has begun to assume more and more of her roles and duties, often acting with her proxy in official events and situations.

Commander Berek Wolfsbane:
A seemingly jovial, scarred, greybearded gnome, Berek Wolfsbane has risen through the ranks the Darkwall City Guard to become it's leader, answerable only to the Trenion family. His face and hands bear the scars of someone who has seen battle alomst all his life, from the burnscars, to the series of jagged lines that run over his left eye, turning it a milky white, suggesting partial blindness. Despite his fierce appearance, he is usually found with a smile on his face, and a friendly word, a demeanor which has made him well liked among the populace.

People of note:

Harvey Blacktree:
A lothario of some repute, Harvey Blacktree is also a wellknown criminal in certain circles of the Baronies. Though a conman by trade, Harveys resume has over the years also included smuggling, theft, robbery, as well as a few now infamous episodes of public drunkeness. Keeping to the road, and traveling from place to place, Blacktree has so far managed to elude every attempt to apprehend him, despite the now relatively hefty bounty on his head.
Usually described as a slender human with light brown hair and a charming smile, descriptions of the rogue sometimes vary wildly, causing some to believe he uses some dastardly magic to change his appearance whenever needed.

Mervin Alae:
A middle-aged elf, Mervin Alae is not the most impressive figure when first encountered. Slightly overweight, for an elf, with short brown hair, that greys a bit at the temples. A pair of thick sideburns frame his face, and he is usually dressed in functional clothes of good make. As a merchant, Mervin lives and works out of a warehouse in Darkwalls trade quarter. Here he buys and sells whichever wares he currently has in stock, though usually that includes mostly non-perishable foodstuffs and clothes items.

Yoren Steelback:
The current owner of the Cracked Mug Inn. Bald, with a shortly clipped beard. Yoren is the latest Steelback in a long line to run the inn, his family one of the oldest in Oakfield.

Korenth:
The oldest working miner in Oakfield, currently the foreman of Shuster Mine.
