Howdy! Great to see you all.

Haven't made much progress on the character build yet - is there any guidance around benefits that are or are not permitted? Will characters be able to take 1 or more 1's? Just asking because it drastically affects the power level of characters.

For some reason I thought it was capped at two 1s, but now that I'm looking through the book, I don't think that's ever actually specified.  Huh.  I must've been told a house rule and took it as gospel! >_<
