I've got a 'House Rules' thread up to try and cover off any rules situations which arise. Problem with running a system which is rarely run on here is you can't always see the obvious issues or pinch points until they are on you! Feel free to speak up if you can foresee any issues.
One thing I can really see slowing the game down is the 'Answer a Question' move. Mostly because an open freewheeling discussion which is moments at a game table can be a long time on here and I tend to find everyone is extra polite on PbP and so doesn't want to take over or make a final decision. I'm thinking perhaps that we run it a bit like the Dusk phase in that whoever makes the move posts their theory, then the other players each get one post to give comment/suggestion/correction and then the 'answering' player gets to either stick with what they originally thought or adapt accordingly.
That does give a lot of power to the person who first makes the move but I suspect that can be mitigated by sharing the 'answer' move about and even just saying in the OOC "I have a good idea for this, does anyone mind if I go for an answer".
