In general, any Paizo-published Pathfinder 1E book is fine

• Character level 2
• 25 Point Buy
• Core and Standard Races
• All Core and Base Classes (with any Archetypes) except: Cleric, Druid, Paladin, Inquisitor, Oracle, Omdura, Shaman, or Summoner.
• 2 Traits from all Paizo sources (regional allowed)
• "Elephant in the Room" alternate feat rules
• Background skill rules (including 2 background skill points)
• 2000 gp starting equipment

In addition to the above, select two Domains appropriate to the god you represent.  Your character uses those Domain powers as a Cleric of their level, and has level-appropriate Domain spell slots.  These are used as though the character has a Wisdom of 20 (+5 modifier) regardless of the character's actual Wisdom score.

Instead of rolling HP, just take (max - 2) for each hit die after the first (so you get 4 HP per d6, 6 HP per d8, 8 HP per d10, and 10 HP per d12).  Sorry for not mentioning this earlier.

I have managed to cause some confusion on the point of which races are allowed.  Not my intent.

Races not on this list can be considered with modification (to bring their power level in line with the Core/Standard races).
