Basic bonuses on magic items
Adding a stat, AC, skill bonus, or save bonus to a wearable item doesn't increase the cost of other enchantments on the item.  Calculate the cost just by adding the item prices together.
Examples: A belt with a +4 to two different stats costs the same as two +4 belts to one stat each.  A Cloak of Invisibility that also has a +3 Resistance bonus to saves costs the same as buying those two cloaks separately.

The purpose of this rule is to encourage you to buy unique or unusual items while still also getting the "Big Six" as needed.

Group Perception Rolls
When beginning a new scene and asked to roll Perception, each player has three options:
  • roll for yourself: make a Perception skill check in the dice roller
  • take 10: enter 10 + Perception in the dice roller
  • roll to aid another: Make a Perception skill check, and specify in the dice roller whom you are aiding.  If you get at least a 10 on your roll, that character gains a +2 to their roll.  These bonuses stack.
Note any conditional bonuses.  I will provide a description of the area based on the best rolls.  You, as the players, can decide how the characters react and interact; you don't necessarily need to wait to be told what was seen.
