So, let's get one thing out of the way right now: yes, this game is full-on Pink Mohawk. Yes, I expect scenarios where someone wants to conceal a panther cannon in their GMC Bulldog and have it operable while in motion. Yes, I expect someone to try and justify both of their hands being grenade launchers and not having that picked up by every detection device in creation. Yes, I expect someone to try jousting a PCCSecOps chopper in a monocycle while holding a monofilament katana in their teeth. No, that does not bother me.

With that said tho, this is still a rags to riches to dead in ditches story. We're using Standard character creation as the basis...with a few caveats.

Priorities are as follows: A, B, B, C, E.

All metatypes and metavariants will be considered. Note that I will warn you once if something might be a bad idea but if you really want to do it I'll let you. Just don't get mad when your character with photosynthesis and symbiosis dies because they live in a cargo container on an island surrounded by tens of thousands of corpses in toxic and/or radioactive water.

Everyone gets a free Contact in the beginning: Jude, Connection 3, Loyalty 4. He's the fixer that brought you all together and will have known each of you for at least six months, tho the longer the better. He's an old school razorboy known for taking in urchins and lost souls and turning them to the shadows. He has Intimidation, Leadership and Unarmed Combat as Active Skills and PCC Military, Area Knowledge: LA, Gangs: LA and Underworld: LA as Knowledge skills.
