Liya nods. "If the Hydra does know, I wonder how long it'll be before Violet finds out. I actually really care about her, Tani. I hate the idea of lying to her."

As if expecting a knock, Liya looks to the door. "I hope Bastion isn't getting himself into trouble."

Tanique nodded.
"I can understand that.  My loyalty is to the Creche, but if there was some conflict with Amber, I'd feel terribly conflicted.   I hope our Kingdoms never come into conflict. "

"I have the perfect place to hide if they ever do," she grinned. "Want to sneak out for a bit?"

Tanique grinned.
"Okay, but you'll have to need to let me keep up.  I'm still a bit tender"

Liya squealed happily and stood up taking her trumps out of the pocket of her dress. "Violet gave me a few extras of myself to give to people I trust."

She hands one to Tanique. "Right now the quickest way to get to where I want to take you, is to kind of teleport there then have you trump me after I leave. I haven't been able to make a trump yet."

Tanique blinked in surprise and smiled gratefully.
"I know we're family, but I still thank you for your trust in me.  My father has taught me that a trump is a powerful connection, and one not to be handed out causally."

"He's absolutely right. I've only given two out." She smiled and stepped away from the fireplace.

"Okay, so give me a minute after I pop out then contact me. We can go anywhere you want afterwards."

Tanique nodded.
"Sounds good.  Is there any other preparations I should make?"

"You should be fine. We can find anything we need out there. See you in a minute."

Tanique finished her wine, ate a sugar biscuit, and looked in her large mirror to make sure she was presentable

After a minute or two, she used the Trump.

Liya vanished in a red black glow and hiss.

Her clothing and belongings fall to the floor.

Clothes, trumps, jewelry everything in a pile on the floor.

Tanique will arrive here and eventually head up and over the mountains into the Creche proper.

Tanique will fly herself over the mountains, aiming to land at the castle gates

Your met by several birds who verify who you are before flying off.

It takes more time but with you calling on storm winds you eventually do land near the castle. You can see to enter the castle grounds proper currently with the way the guard are would be dangerous. You are greated at the gates and let in easy enough and told by a servant the Queen would like to see you.

Because the castle would still be on high alert, Tanique definitely came in the most direct and safe way, giving lots of warning

She made her way to the queen

Tanique is eventually led to the Queen who is taking her breakfast at the moment.
She motions you in, "Get, Lady Tanique something to eat."

"Have a seat." She motions to one of the chairs near her.

Bastion and some other Lords and Ladies are at the table having breakfast.

From what she can see it looks informal.

Tanique took the seat indicated, and nodded with a smile at the servers who brought her food and drink
She nodded to her queen, showing her deference and respect

"We were worried about you, especially after your service to the crown then sudden absence. Is everything alright now?"

Tanique smiled at her queen
"My apologies, Your Majesty.  Yes, i was fine, and relaxing in a remote location with a trusted friend.  I had thought i was doing my best to recuperate faster, but I'm sorry i forgot to leave word with someone.  I honestly had thought I'd be back before i was missed."

Morrigan inclines her head she looks like she is about to say more but then turns her attention to her drink.


Soon servants bring a meal setting it before Lady Tanique. It looks like pheasant.

Hungry from her rush back, Tanique eat daintily but heartily

She took covert glances around, to gague the mood of the room.

It seemed the mood of the room was subdued but social. The various Lords and Ladies were talking about things but nothing that required royal decree or anything legal.
No one is talking about the attempt on the Queen or the Chaosian's she notes.

Tanique would make small talk with people near her, talking about riding or how good the food was
