Home to Morrigan and the Storm Lords and Ladies.

BOOM Thunder rolled over the valley and shook the walls of the high castle as Morrigan floated along on storm winds. Flocks of ravens took wing and circled above the castle cawing as if answering back to the thunder.

One of the guards glanced at his fellow, "In one of er' moods again."
The other guard nodded and moved a bit more under the overhang of stone as he held out a hand as if expecting rain.

Servants about the castle became more attentive and suddenly looked busy if they hadn't been before.

Morrigan had the winds carry her to the throne room before setting her down.
She looked about the room and motioned to one of the ravens who promptly hopped to her outstretched arm.

"Hello pretty one, tell the murder to inform the staff we will be having guests. A delegation from Chaos in fact. Carry my words and these instructions to them." She gazed at the raven for a time before she raised her arm slightly.

The raven took flight cawing to other ravens and soon they dispersed about the castle carrying her will.

She settled unto her throne stroking her silver capped fingers over the arms of the chair of rulership.

After a time, she began tapping those silver capped talons. Outside lightning crackled.

She glanced to a servant, "I have need of, what is her name? Mmmm Tanique yes I believe that is it. Father that rather droll boring man. Send a messenger for her." She made a slight dismissive motion.

The servant bowed and quickly left the throne room.

Tanique smiled as she rode her storm horse, Thunderstrike, high in the clouds.  She swooped through the mists, laughing and whooping with delight as she passed flocks of seagulls and swarms of swallows.
The thunder from nearby clouds stirred her joy and her love of adventure.

She landed her elemental steed, riding at a walk to the entrance to the cloudy paddock before dismounting with a flourish.   She gave her beloved steed a quick rubdown, then walked towards her quarters.

"Ah there you are, Lady Tanique." came the corvid tones of one of Morrigan's servants.



"Your looking well today." He gives a respectable bow.
"I have come bearing a message from Empress Morrigan, she is going by Empress now."

Tanique smiled at the messenger, pausing.
"Thank you.   Um...wasnthat the message, or was there more?"

The messenger said, "Oh, no there was more. Yes, yes. She is having guests and would like for you to attend her." He moves a bit closer, "She is in one of her." He tilts his head this way and that, "Moods, not a bad mood just well." He motions at the storm.

"Oh and she isn't mad at you, I think she wants you do to your father, at least she mentioned him." He nods, "Yes that's it, that is the message."

Tanique smiled in surprise
"Oh? Father might be coming?  How delightful!  It's been far too long.   Well, I'm just going to have to see if I can cheer up our beloved leader..   Thank you very much for your message "
Tanique headed to where Morrigan was.

"You have a good day, Lady Tanique." the messenger says before walking off.

Following the center of the storm you arrive in the throne room and see Morrigan with a full retinue of servants.

Seeing Lady Tanique, Morrigan sent her servants scuttling with some hand motions.

"Ahhh lady of sunshine, come in please. I was hoping you were within the Crech though I wasn't sure how far my messengers would have to go." She tapped her talons on the arms of the throne.

"Please attend us." She motioned to the place before her.

Nodding with a smile Tanique strode up to her leader's side
"Of course,  Ma'am.   How can I help you "

"We are going to be having some guests from the Courts of Chaos. I am sure they will be here vying for my hand, or alliance or something." She waved her hand a bit.

"I would like it if you were able to be here as a kind of balance. Just having you here should present a nice presentation in the Crech at this time." She smiles showing very white teeth.

"You will be able to stay for a time won't you ? I know your mother is defending our lands and will be present."
