Hello, there!  I'm Fable, a half-elven spellcaster.  I'm likely to be a soloist for a little while, but I'd like to at least make an attempt at joining in some adventures with others every now and again.  The portrait you now see is a placeholder.

Hakon Njallson hails from a mountainous region of Lisonia and is an older Squire in a remote and relatively poor holding.

Barely a man, he still has a lot to learn.

Interesting. A lot of soldiers.

Lot of fighters, but the variations in skills and advantages is what I think makes GURPS so much fun.

Sputo's background is remarkably similar to Alonso's.  The main different is probably that he bathes much, much less often.  He is also interested in hacking his way into some coin.

For those still buying equipment, I'm open to use some of the more exotic weapons from the Martial, Low Tech, and other books as long as it could reasonably be made in this setting and is TL 3-. The different cultures would have different gear. Lisonia being the most developed would be have a higher proportion of metal gear, while Tuzul being the least developed would primarily be natural gear. Dormic and Huegeau would fall in between the two at about the same level.

Ewa Ithil meaning rain moon

Half elven and Tuzuli from the Potapoco tribe.
She uses ranged weapons but does carry a melee weapon encase for up close and personal defense. Ewa Ithil is good at hunting, healing, defending, sneaking. She has troubling when it comes putting trust is those around her.
Will mainly be doing solo but may cross paths with a few of you.

On another note I do have dyslexia and I spell things backwards from time to time.

Merrick here.  Human healer/utility mage, former mercenary from Lisonia.  He can do a lot of stuff but is a mile wide and an inch deep.

Currently solo but will eventually team up with someone eventually.   Looking forward to seeing how things evolve in the game.

I believe I have completed character creation

I updated the character creation to indicate that illiteracy is the norm, but since I didn't mention it initially, I've also updated points to 128, so those who want literacy do not need to change anything.

Also, if using options from any book besides the 2 Core books or Magic, please indicate what book and page you are referencing. There are too many books to memorize everything :)

A note on time passage. All of the different groups (includes solos) are kept in sync timewise with each other. If one group gets too far ahead I'll slow down posting, and then when other groups get finished, they will advance via downtime to resync.

Will post next clips tomorrow afternoon to evening as I was out tonight and won't be available until early tomorrow afternoon.

I've been running around all morning, so will post updates for all later today.

This is the talent that was wasted on the farm back in Huegeau. The wheat doesn't even HAVE a defense roll, so what's even the point of being this good?

I kind of went the other direction, on my first combat roll at least. Rolled a 17 on a move and attack.

Just an update. Game will be slightly delayed on start as my computer decided that now was a good time to join his companions in Sovngarde so I had to get a new one. I'm still getting it up and going, but hopefully will be back complteley tomorrow.

We will light the bonfires on the sky forge.

I was thinking just in case there is a mechanical trap/gas or acid booby trap. Might be worth being a few steps back and/or outside until the trap door is open.

But its just a suggestion, Alonso's happy to back up Beordir while he opens the trap door.

My apologies to all as my work has picked up quite a bit this week and looks to be busy the next few+ months. Keeps me employed but means the game may go a bit slower.
