House Rules and Such
First, please make sure to keep things civil in the Game Discussion thread.
If you have an issue with myself, the game, or another player, please PM me. Please do not assume I know what the issue is before hand. Sorry. I don't read minds. If you don't tell me, I won't know. I will make every effort to bring things to a reasonable solution.
I will attempt to check game boards once a day, five days a week. I will usually be offline on Wednesdays and one weekend day. I ask players post at least three times a week.
If you know you are going to be offline a while, please let me know as soon as you can.
When you post, please color your dialogue. Any color is fine except for orange and yellow. Shading your dialogue helps me when I need to sort through posts.
Please use orange to denote any OOC content of your post like die roll results or questions.
I reserve the right to NPC your character if a lack of response is slowing down the game. For example, if we we're waiting on you to take an action in a combat and have been for a couple of days. If I do NPC your character, I will take the action I think you would and will not commit them to any choices that have long term consequences.
Innerparty conflict can occur in an Ars Magica game. Any differences need to be resolved in game. Discussion about such issues on the Game Discussion board should be civil and in the spirit of the game. If I feel like things are getting personal, I reserve the right to take whatever action I deem appropriate.
It's a game. We're all here to have fun. Etc.
Mythic Europe is not a politically correct environment. Racism, sexism, and bigotry occur. While they will not be overly emphasized in the game, it may come up.
I reserve the right to make any final decisions regarding the rules. I reserve the right to temporarily suspend a rule if I feel it interferes with an interesting story aspect.
