*25 Point-Buy for stats, no stat can exceed 18 before Racial adjustment.

*2 Traits, 3 if you take a Drawback, must be from different categories.
*Max HP at 1st level
*200 gp to start for everyone.
*2 Feats for all characters before Racial/Class modification.

*Roll for HP, reroll 1's.
*+1 Feat every Even Level.
*+1 Stat every 4 Levels.
