See, these are the people I want to play with. Everyone is always so "Fox only, no items, final destination." On here.

 Ugh, people, without Items, Arena hazards, or varied characters, you're not even playing smash bros, you're playing every other boring fighting game.

 Take your frame rate data, and invincibility frames and all that stuff and go play street fighter.

 Accept that anybody can win in a real match of Smash Bros and take your monopoly on fun elsewhere.

Actually speaking tactically here for a sec. I still get Tactician somehow. What are people actually doing so I know what teamwork feat to emanate.

I'm planning to improvise as much as I can.  That's Maury's (as opposed to Mr Mathers') schtick.

I'm trying to see what I can buy to use as weapons without actually being weapons, but I doubt I can improvise armour and I don't think I can afford a flack vest but yannow, still thinking about how to get round that.

Well, my fighter kit came with an iron pot if you are a Tangled fan you can borrow it.

In the future, he can think about "magical bling" like Rings of protection and bracers of armor.

 I know "He can turn anything he holds into a deadly weapon" is a lot more intimidating than "Look out, He's got a sword!"

 In my opinion anyway.

The hook is an actual weapon, technically?

I wondered about that and there's a feat called hook fighter that allows you to use the grappling hook as a weapon without taking the usual penalties for improvised weapons so I'll take it. ;)

Hello all your Sea Witch is here.  Long has my coven despised the Coastal wizards.  Mayhaps its time we all turn to the bay of pirates?

I'll be getting as many various spells as I can afford with, being a universalist, but I'm going to focus on combat and control.

I'm going to have one (1) spell and it's going to remain at first level.

 Druids have many tricks, but I was planning to combine my Halfling Sling-staff with Arena control spells and Shapeshifting to be an overall distracting pest to anything we face.

I'm here to make sure bad guys are unarmed and on their backs. I do not have any spells but Enlarge Person is always appreciated.

I am trying to point the conversation towards the Wizards and the idea of killing them, but I guess will get there eventually.

I'm still hoping to talk to the turtle friend.

I image the DM will point is there eventually.

If I have to, but I was seeing if you were going to do that on your own.

Maury doesn't necessarily want to kill the wizards, he just wants to steal what they claim as theirs and redistribute it to anybody who can afford it.

Nefaria has been talking to me and I like the idea She has for trying to get the group together. I kinda want to see how it plays out to be honest.

Horrible creatures the lot of them... we'll have to gain much more power to have a chance of success in this heist.

 As soon as I come up with a White and a Blue task, I'll update the Board to include them in the options too.

I've pointed it out as a general site issue but "tag for later" is not a feature they want to bother adding. Same with "the site will never actually be mobile friendly if I need to view three tabs and manage colored formatting just to make an IC post".

Thanks Leto,you did make me feel better. Now instead of wanting to quit out of discouragement, you letting me know that this sort of thing happens to everybody convinced me to just carry on.

 Guys, just when I was starting to get over the depression low, something happened to give mea reason to be sad besides a clinical thing.

So, were we really going to do something other than beat that guy up and take him to town? Like I didn't expect we would get a reward for telling the job poster "Ya there is a hedge wizard using those to extort people on the road, we just left him there, you asked for why, it costs extra to stop it."

I mean we only contracted to find out what was going on, so yeah, the poster would pay us for finding out.  If they wanted us to remove the scarecrow or the person who put them there, they should put that in the contract.  I don't want to do extra work for free. But it doesn't matter at this point.

Well we can always let him go and heal him up if they don't want to pay for him.

As Maury said IC. The easiest solution is to share the loot and then each give Clem 10% of our share.  We get 90% each, he gets 50% and everybody's happy?

That is an active loss. They are going to arrest him if we take him to town and call it a reasonable completion of the job. If we leave him here or take him with us and keep him hidden at least then there is the follow up job of "Why didn't you just deal with this nuisance for us while you were out there? Worst adventurers ever but I guess you are here so ya, now there is an open bounty on this guy, go arrest him."

Well it's an active loss for some but an opportunity for others. If they arrest him, he'll need a bull**** artist lawyer, so I could offer my services. ;)

Problem with that is that he doesn't have money to pay you. Or at least he won't after the rest of us rob his house while he is awaiting a bail hearing.

We're talking a lot of conjecture here, and I don't think it's helping move the in game action.  Let's focus on what our characters are doing in the moment. The characters may need to have this conversation, but it will at least move things along.

For my part, Brewzilla is there to investigate the scarecrows. That's all she signed on for, but if a fight breaks out, she's ready. She thinks Clem could be a potential ally, so she's not being agressive.  She wasn't expecting Leto to attack.

Ya, I figured the frantic crazy dude was going to sick his creations on us anyway. The narration made it seem like a stand off that wasn't going to break on its own.
