You may note that the details of the continent we find ourselves on are only vaguely detailed. This is by design. The intention is for you to create the locations and events you need in the backstory for your PC. I like my players to have creative input in the world we are in.

Rest assured that the same is not true for the outside world. The rest of the world is not collaboratively built. But I like the engagement that comes from building something together, and it can even help build connections between characters. There will be a thread for discussion of this topic later.
