So there's a big difference in hero points and awards in PF2

Each single hero point can be used to reroll a single roll.
Or
All hero points a character has can be used to stave off death

Each character starts with 1 hero point at games beginning.

Each character cannot have more than 3 hero points at any one time.

Hero points are awarded. By me for the following...A. outstanding play. B.Great ideas. C. Another players recommendation. D. Cinematic Swashbuckling. E. Outstanding humor

PF2 is designed for me to award 3-4 points in 4 hours of play...or a single session.

Since we can't do that in a pbp environment I've added a few of those above to help with that.

I will also add hero points for the group at select junctions of the game to compensate for that...so don't hang onto them. Use them.

If you need a roll and don't like what you have...spend the point.
