Re: The Darkwood Inn (OOC)

GM, there isn't a sense motive in PF2. Normally it is replaced by a perception check. Given that I do not want to know the results of the roll, would you mind rolling perception for me on Larannia's seemingly bizarre behavior?

Re: The Darkwood Inn (OOC)

Nature can be unpredictable. Druids are close to nature. Then try to remember what is said about storms. Then remember the character is a druid of storms. That is a little glimpse into the character. :)

Re: The Darkwood Inn (OOC)

Sorry for being quiet as everyone else moved rather quickly. Expect more of the same for a little bit. Taking this little angel to Disney, along with my parents.

Re: The Darkwood Inn (OOC)

The axe would be worth 251 gold selling it. (That's 502 halved).
.but on the other hand magic weapons are few and far between in PF2

Re: The Darkwood Inn (OOC)

Some tense negotiations.

Anyway, hope everyone enjoys their weekend. I will be working as usual but that's not anything new. Time for another anime music video Saturday. :)

Re: The Darkwood Inn (OOC)

So the keelboat can carry you all and the larger rowboats can. The ferry isn't an option as it only goes back and forth across the river.

Buying the larger rowboat is 30gp. Renting it...well depends on negotiating. The keelboat can be hired. The pilot is an expert Sailor

Re: The Darkwood Inn (OOC)

There are 3 person rowboats and 6 person rowboats and of course the keelboat which can seat 18.

Re: The Darkwood Inn (OOC)

Back from vacation, and had a great time. if anyone is curious, I'll share a picture or two.

Since we seem to be the music video sending group, I'll provide this. Although the song is from the perspective of Brits and it's performed by a Swedish band, it's very appropriate for this Memorial Day weekend.

I'm third generation military, an aspiring historian, and have the insides of a marshmallow, so this stuff hits personally. Enjoy your weekend however you choose to. The folks we remember and honor wouldn't want a 3-4 day long wake. Just, you know, take a moment in your way to reflect on what this is all about.

Re: The Darkwood Inn (OOC)

I love Sabaton but this is my favourite.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPdHkHslFIU

My Uncle Mark's middle name was Mons because that's where his own Uncle Mark died.  The Royal Navy turned down my applicaton cause I has cerebral palsy.  My dad was an army medic in Gibraltar during his national service, One of my grandfathers fought from 1914-1919 and came out with half a lung missing, an alcohol problem and a proessional rugby career shot down in flames.  (To be fair, he may have got the alcohl problem from 23 years as a trawlerman.)

As for the Sabaton video you posted.  It's a cover of a song by Motorhead and when Lemmy died a band I was in started playing it regularly, particularly for some gigs we did as volunteers in a hospice in South London.  It's a brilliant song and the patients loved it.

Well excuse me for having an 18 charisma. :)

Given the horrible disfigurements and that Charisma is a combo of personality and looks, his personality must be off the chart!
