The mercenary company called Bubba's Raiders is a company that was founded in 3049 after its leader, Colonel Buford Johnsson was dishonorably discharged from the Lyran Commmonwealth military for the assault of a general.

Over the course of his career however Johnsson had managed to secure a vast amount of wealth and resources which he had stashed away or invested in many contacts, allowing him to set up the company so he can continue what he does best. Help the common man and protect them from the horrors of war.
