Two week vacation! Sounds relaxing. But will Vecaal turn less grumpy as the relaxation sets in??? I hope not because I'm a big fan of his grumpiness. He kind of reminds me of Roy Kent from Ted Lasso.

Yes, it's all coming together. Aid and extended metamagic, we now have 3 members of the party warded with 5-10 temporary hp for 16 hours. The usual takers I presume would like it?

Better than temporary hit points. It raises our hit point max!

Went with the obvious choice of spell there. Also, I'm up to 17 hp. Wizard with Con penalty sucks big time. Those temp hp sure sound good, although I can see how they could be put to better use on a front-line combatant.

Handing out Vecaal's magic tooth reminded me you all have received a few other magic items that I think have fallen by the wayside. Vecaal recovered a spellbook from the Owl's End factory, and you also got a bunch of potions from Baz.

1x Potion of Animal Friendship
1x Potion of Growth
1x Potion of Invulnerability

We're going to need a different party face going forward, because Baern's is pretty scarred and his nose is broken.

Out of interest did anyone take proficiency in Deception or Persuasion? Baern has intimidation covered, but that's it.

I have Deception and Intimidation at +5.  Persuasion is only +2.
