Siobhan calls upon the curse power and it feeds on her body and rewards her with strenght that she turns upon the creatue.

Makenzie struck it with her massive blade as Sheena finished it with a whack of her staff.

Siobhan grins as the creature collapses, "That was a nice warm up at least," she said and then approached its corpse "Anyone know what it is?"

"I don't know," Sheena said, moving closer to look at it.

Siobhan joined in the examination of the creature.

It was a large beast, with a series of spines around it. You haven't seen anything like it before.

"Should we see if we can track where it came from? Or ask someone if they know?" she suggested indicating a nearby farm.

"We might as well try," Makenzie said as you all walk up the trail to the farmhouse.

"Hello?" Siobhan called as they approached the building and knocked on the door.

A large man from the roller clan answered the door.

"Can I help you ladies?" the man asked.

"There was talk in the city about monsters attacking the farmlands," Siobhan said "what do you know about them?"

"I don't know much. They just suddenly showed up," the farmer said.

"Did you see what they look like?" Siobhan asked.

"Might big beasties," the farmer said.

"Covered in spines?" Siobhan asked, "and did you see what way they came from?"

"Nope, just generally east, I suppose," the farmer said.

"Okay, thanks for your help," Siobhan said "I guess we head east then."

"That is the opposite direction of the dungeon," Ava said.

Siobhan frowns at that "That's odd," she said and turned to the farmer "Youre sure they came from the east?" she asked.

"I'm pretty sure," the man said. "They said soldiers from the capital'd be here in another day at most."

"Okay, thanks," Siobhan said to the farmer and lead the party a short distance from the farm "So the monsters might not have anything to do with the dungeon," she said laying out her thoughts "If the farmer is right then someone is coming to clear them up... and they don't exactly seem worried about the monsters. So I guess Dungeon or monsters?"

"I don't know," Sheena said. "The assassins might be heading to the dungeon."

"Okay, we'll rely on the guards to deal with the monsters then," Siobhan said "They could be a distraction. Ava you know where the dungeon is?"

"Yes, we'll head back to town and from there to the dungeon," Ava said.

"Okay," Siobhan said nodding in agreement.
