"I knew it was too good to last," Siobhan grumbled as the bones flowed towards them.

"So, uh, what do we do?" Makenzie asked.

"We need to find the statue, so.." Siobhan considered "I think we need to get in there," she said gesturing towards the church.

Slowly, you notice that the bones are now gathering together, becoming a giant worm of bone. Which roared.

Siobhan grins "We'll I guess we need to beat our way past this guy first," she said readying her sword.

Siobhan launches a blast of dark energy from her sword with powerful slash.

(OOC: Shadow Strike (Self dmg 2), attack roll is Siobhan De Courcy rolled 10 using d10+d8 + 3 = 13 to hit. Dmg is 14 + 6 + 4 = 24)

Makenzie slashed the thing with her heavy sword.

Sheena blasted it with a massive flare.

Ava had her arrows bounce off of it.

The massive worm-thing slammed into Ava.

Siobhan readied her blade and attacked again with another curse fueled strike.

(OOC: Shadow Strike self-damage = 8, Attack roll 6 using d10+d8 with rolls of 4,2, Spending FP to re-roll both die. 15 using d10+d8 with rolls of 7,8. + 3 = 18 to hit. Damage is 14 + 8 + 8 + 2 = 32)

Makenize hits it again.

Sheena misses with her book.

Ava puts several arrows into it.

The worm-thing slams into Sheena.

"Leave her alone," Siobhan yelled as she moved forward sacrificing more of her life-force and pouring it into an attack.

(OOC: Shadow strike 10, attack roll 1,2. Spend FU point to re-roll (1-left T_T) and get 2,5 oh joy. So that's 7 + 3 = 10, if by a miricale that hits dmg is 14 + 5 + 10 = 29). And Siobhan has burned 20 health so far

Your attack missed. Makenzie missed. Sheena cast a fire spell that slammed into the thing and it slowly fell and the bones that made it up clattered to the floor.

Siobhan kicked a bone away viciously "That thing was nasty," she commented and looked up at the others "How is everyone? should we find somewhere to rest up?"

"I would not complain," Sheena said.

"I agree," Ava said.

"Okay,let's find somewhere then," Siobhan suggested looking for somewhere they could rest.

There were several abandoned buildings around.

Siobhan pointed towards the building in the best condition, "Let's try that one."

It does appear to be a home, but there is a heavy lair of dust on everything.

Siobhan helped the others into the house, "Anyone know what that bone thing was?" she asked.

No seemed to have any idea.

"Okay, well let's just rest for a bit," Siobhan said as she found somewhere to sit.

*Healing jingle*

Soon the party was ready to go.

Siobhan streched arching her back till it popped "Okay, so let's try the chapel," she said as they party left.
