Parniel Bowspear - Former sailor, empowered by a slain awnshegh. Pledges his loyalty to Albrecht, but open opponent of the Steward.

Haltengabben - High Priestess of Ela, lady of thieves, deceit and treachery. Runs The Night Walkers temple. Known ally of King Albrecht.
Chesspola Fruschen - High Witch of Kriestal, goddess of cruelty, despair, cold and women. Runs The Winter Witches temple.
Sirene Wassercrest - High Priestess of Neira, patroness of mariners and explorers. Runs the Sailor's Home temple.

The Hag
A wilderness province inhabited only by the Hag's thralls.
The Hag - Totally evil and utterly insane in her bitterness. Enemy of Grabentod and Drachenward.

Wolfgard
Though bound to the Wolf by blood, it is ruled de facto by cultist woodsmen who worship the Wolf.
The Wolf - Primal awsheglin of the hunt. Unpredictable, can be vicious or kind.

Dracheward
Ancient ally and now enemy of Grabentod.

Muden
One of two large cosmopolitan nations that is a frequent target of piracy.
Captain Melisande Reaversbane - Famed pirate hunter. Capturer of Albrecht and enemy of Grabentod.

The Zweilund Islands
A rival pirate nation who's rules keep them mostly on the good side of the other regional powers.
The Island Mage - The somewhat mysterious ruler of the islands. Known to be highly reclusive but a competent whirlwind when the nation needs it.
Black Adara - A beautifully terrifying pirate who serves as lieutenant. Her cruelty towards her foes is legendary.
Talis Shelkam - Leader of the faith of Kirche in the Zweilund Islands. He is better than you.
