OK I have bought the core book and am half way through it. I don't have the skills yet to create a character but I do know what I am going to play :)

I'd like to be a human witch (aka animist, but I'd prefer the title witch). Mostly because that way we will have a healer. I don't think I will be much use in a fight, but we'll see. Name will be Ruby. I'm going to go without a last name I think. I'll start working on the backstory/character sheet now.

Chances are you'll have decent AGL so Staff will work well and with Evade you can attempt to avoid attacks.  Give a shout if you have any questions.

GAME UPDATE:

Player 4 has, alas, dropped out. I am going to ask one of the waitlist folks if they'd like to join.

Be that as it may, I aim to kick the game off tonight with a first "in character" post.

The post will put Torlak, Moggee, Frostbite, PAN, Rook and Ruby on the beach of an inhabited island, morning after the wreck. The first couple of posts will be pure roleplay.

Ideally, I'd like to see an average of an in character post every day to two days (so averaging 2 posts every 3 days). Each in character post can be just a line or two, indicating your character's action or a bit of dialogue.

I would like to leave this OOC thread for character creation. I will open a new OOC thread for OOC dicsussion of the game. (Basically, only post character related stuff to this thread moving forward, please).

I'll put links back to the new OOC thread and the IC thread here, when I have them up. I'm excited to start.

Heya folks. The GM just added me. Glad to be part of the game! I just recently got the game for a brithday present, and I'm happy I get an opportunity to play and learn it. I hope you folks will be kind and help me learn to play the game?

The GM said the group maybe needed a front line warrior type. If I am reading the rules right, that would be either a fighter or a knight.

I like that the game offers fully random character creation. I am going to choose either fighter or knight. I hope its okay with you folks, I am going to randomly roll up everything else?

Character looks good on first read through. I'll send you any questions I have on further review.

As far as kin ages go, I don't think the game has any information on that. I'm inclined to say all kin have close to the same age ranges. And, I'm open to other points of view on it. I don't think anyone's specific age impacts the game any.
