As you're waking up, you realize you're laying underneath a freeway overpass. There's a busy road going by, traffic zipping past you. You see a few propaganda posters. One has a caricature of a man being shot with the caption "Be a Good Citizen. Five Minutes Minimum." Others include "Be a Good Citizen, pick up litter." "Be a Good Citizen, no loud music after 8 PM." Things like that. Apparently being a Good Citizen is most important here.

Off in the distance, you hear music playing. "Whose the king? King Slidehammer. Whose the king? King Slidehammer. Tell me now. Whose the king? King Slidehammer. All Hail King Slidehammer." Then it restarts.

There's two verser scriff senses off in the distance. They're in different directions.

I roll to my feet, still furious, and start jogging toward the source of the music.  I'd say its pretty obvious that I intend violence.

So you start running towards the source of the music. It's playing on repeat on loudspeakers all over the city. People are dancing in the street. They seem happy.

After a time, the music stops and Slider's voice comes on over the loudspeakers.

"This concludes today's worship hour. Thank you all for participating. You are now free to resume your normal lives. Please remember to be Good Citizens..... Or Else. Have a peachy day!!!!"

Then the loudspeakers shut off.

As you're standing there fuming, a lady of about 45 or 50 pulls up in an SUV. She leans out the window and calls out:

"Erik!!! Erik!! Come here Erik!!!" And yes she's pronouncing the K. And she's got a scriff sense to her.

You recognize her immediately. It's Old Lady Samantha. The one you met in your first world with Magehammer. After he gave her the ability to morph her appearance.

OOC) I'm sure you don't remember this, but in your first world, Samantha made a comment about already having met you. I was thinking about a different storyline with her, but I ultimately rejected it. But that idea stuck with me. So you have now met younger, eight year old Samantha twice. This is Super Samantha.

Two Posts

This version of Samantha can morph her apparent age from infant to 888 years old. Regardless of what form she takes, she's also got the maximum physical abilities that a human being can posses. All of her body attributes (strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, hand-eye etc) are 2@10.

It's the same eight year old girl you've been with for the past two worlds, and in the first world with Magehammer. I believe you might have met a version of her and him who were associates. If that was the case, those are from way in her future.

Anyway, just wanted to bring you up to speed with who your partner here was.
