new rmail notification but no rmail
Hello, I keep getting the notification that I have new rmail and the text is purple, but when I click the link I'm told that there is nothing new there.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

Try logging out then clearing any browser cookies you have for RPoL. Usually that fixes any such stuck Unread Notifications.
