One of my players cannot log in
He registered several weeks ago, and did the verification but cannot log in...

When he logs into the main page he gets a screen that says “You are logged in, but are not verified yet, you may peruse, but not post” or something like that.

if he clicks on the login assistance, and puts his email in to the verify email location, and click “verify email”, he gets a screen that tests the email, and eventually says “email verification successful”. However, when he goes back to the main page, it looks the same as it did before (saying he isn't verified).

He tried emailing the Admin/moderator link in rMail but hasn't gotten a response. Are there issues with account verification?

  Tell him to try to send  an R-MAil to  the Admins... doers he have a log-in name? ( i suppose  he would have to?)

  also  tell him to try to post  here..maybe   tit will let him post here, since its not a Game...but the Admins need his  NAme  to check  the issue.

Does he get an email sent to the address he entered, that tells him how to confirm his registration?

He thinks he did, yes, but he would have already deleted it..  clicking the login assistance doesn't resend a verification link (just tells him that his email is verified)...  I know some webmail sites have issues on different platforms and he's using me.com...  Couod that be an issue?

Thanks for the reply, donsr. He already emailed the admins about 2 weeks ago with no response. Additionally, since the system doesn't recognize him as verified, he can't post...  Hence why I'm posting for him..

If he deleted the email without following the instructions to confirm his registration, then his only option at this stage is to create a new account, but this time read the email.

Since the first account is unverified, the second one won't be flagged as a duplicate account.

I checked with him and he did read/follow the directions in the verification email. And it won't let him create a new username because his email is associated with the account he can't log in.
