I've seen a strange error which can be reproduced easily.
If you have non latin-1 characters in your thread title and it was created in the old rpol when you try to answer that thread the system fails to read it properly. You can still just retype it again and it will work just fine but annoying and it might be easy to fix

It has to do with the necessary switch from the old (obsolete) iso-8859-1 method of handling special characters, used on the old site, to the newer, more modern UTF-8 standard used here.  Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an easy way to fix it, other than by retyping the characters.
