I have a couple players in my game who want to delete old PM threads and they keep getting this error:
Insufficient Access

You do not have permission to manipulate messages for this character.

When asking about it one of my other players tried to delete a message and it worked just fine. I was just wondering if there is anyone else seeing this error or problem.

I have seen that message before...but for the life of me I cannot recall what the fix for it was.

(I realize that's of little help, beyond confirmation that your players are not an isolated incident!)
