Appearance:
Even without the tattoos, it would not be unreasonable to compare this man with a rooster.  He is tall, lanky, wears a large and vibrantly red mohawk, and struts with (likely undeserved) confidence.  But he had to add to the moniker, having tattooing feathers on the tops of his hands and partially up his arms, and one side of his head has an image of the bird from who's name he took his handle.  His mohawk and goatee are unnaturally red, and his skin flawless (minus the scars from a troubled past); only his hazel (and slightly Asiatic) eyes still show the humanity within.  Possibly his most noticeable feature is the pair of cyberlegs he sports, often shown off with shorts.  Rooster dresses in a flashy manner, trying to keep up with trends that show his punk side (trends, truly a rebellious concept), and one of his many rings holds an old stone that is clearly not synthecized or digital.  A crowbar hangs from his belt, and he keeps a heavy pistol strapped to his chest (concealable as it might be).  He is rarely seen without a large smile, and his presence is loud.

Personality:
Rooster makes little effort to hide who he truly is.  He is a punk rocker, trying to make it both on the stage and in the streets.  He is loud and outspoken, but generally a nice guy.  He does everything exuberanty: loves with a passion, hates with a burning, and mournes with a depth.  While he is able to behave more professionally while on the job, it has been his experience that this sort of honesty works well for him in his life of crime.  Rooster shows a mistrust of corporations and has no direct ties to any particular gang, but instead pledges his loyalty to the "common man."

Role in Night City:
If you're working a job with Rooster, prepare for a wild ride.  He prefers kicking down doors to picking locks, throwing grenades to assassinating, and letting his netrunners run wild with the place.  Hell, if you made a big enough impact, you might even make it into a song.  Rooster and Aidan Kader lead the group Bring Me The Guns, a punk-rock band that is slowly making its way into the scene.  While Aidan doesn't run the streets, he does help make sure the band has gigs and drummers lined up.

Role as an Edgerunner:
As with any frontman, Rooster's role on the streets is to smooth over rough edges.  He uses his silver tongue and reputation to open doors and call in favors, and his hardware and fists do the job when his fame doesn't.  No stranger to back-alley scraps, he has some first aid experience.  While he may not be the smartest man to run the streets, he does look damn good doing it.
His notable skills are Brawling, Handguns, Melee, Performance, Persuasion, Streetwise, and both Personal Grooming and Wardrobe & Style.  He is decent at Conversation, First Aid, and Human Perception.
