Description: Cairo has a slim, wiry build and he likes to keep his hair long and free. Only putting it back into a pony tail when he's working to keep it out of the way. His left hand and arm have been replaced with a cybernetic limb. He always has a red nose ring in along some other facial jewelry. His Retro style is forefront in all the gear he owns, multiple dated Samurai Hats and sports teams that no longer exist.

Known: He grew up in a Megastructure that ended up becoming part of the combat zone, contending with Boosters regularly to survive. It has keyed his outlook on everyone. He seems to care little when others get hurt or even die.
