Rick Davis is one half of the serial killer duo Death & Taxes (he's Death). He lives with the paranoid delusion that all superhumans are locked in an apocalyptic struggle to the death, that each Abnormal he kills makes him stronger, and that there can be only two survivors -- a new Adam & Eve for a race of supermen that will take over the world (yes, he watched Highlander a few too many times as a kid). He's a wiry con with an impressive beard, a stylish black longcoat, and prison tats (including the words KILL and EVIL across his knuckles, in case you thought he was too subtle). He's also strong enough to chuck trucks around and most small arms don't even annoy him, despite his otherwise unimpressive build.
