Tenzing is a Shaolin monk.  He wears an orange robe and is face is scarred from being burned on the left side. The scars travel down his face and neck but it is not discernable how far that goes under his robes.  He is barefoot and seems to have very little save a halberd, a sling and a small pouch.  He has strange white eyes that make him look blind. He is balding with a white goatee but has a round cheerful face.
