He's a handsome man but not enough that he stands out. On his right side there's a large burn scar long since healed. A single bullet scar in his chest over his left peck as if it must've hit his lung there. A dark green tattoo of a triskellion on his left upper arm at the shoulder.

Personality : Seamus can come across as mischievous but usually in a charming manner. He has a very broad sense of humor and doesn't take anything personally. He's impossible to provoke. He's can seem mischievous or playful but he is actually a fairly straightforward person. He doesn't usually pull his punches, but he does try to be tactful.

Public Knowledge : Seamus O'Rourke was arrested and convicted for the assassination of a US Senator. In the course of the investigation and his trial it was discovered the Senator was guilty of embezzlement and espionage, taking advantage of their position on the intelligence committee. While it was not confirmed, it was theorized in his very public and highly publicized trial that Seamus was an assassin responsible for at least a couple dozen assassinations around the globe.
