A handsome business with dark brown, salt-and-pepper hair and an easy going smile.  His eyes are friendly, but can be a bit shrewd as they study the word around him.  Mars obviously takes care of himself and seems much younger than his actual age, looking more in his early forties rather than his late fifties.

Janice Langstrom - Mars' major domo, right hand gal, and overall pretty much the second in command.  She's his Pepper Pots but there is NO romantic interest (she's married and her wife kinda scares Mars a bit).
