A typical Cancer copycat takes cues from the first Cancer for their outfit -- a red cowl and mantle, a jumpsuit in "Department of Corrections" orange, heavy boots, and tinted spectacles to conceal the eyes, and a pendant with the Cancer zodiac sign. It's common for copycats to add their own "flair" to the ensemble -- goggles or a blindfold instead of spectacles, endless varieties of hood and mantle (and occasionally cloaks or capes), even more varieties of the jumpsuit (SuperSuits! sells a line of "sexy prison jumpsuits" that are popular with Cancer copycats), and a Cancer zodiac pin, patch, or crest, or else a crab, lobster, or crayfish (the number 69 also gets a lot of use).

Cancer was revealed to have solid black eyes, so particularly dedicated copycats emulate that as well, usually though contacts (though augments and cybereyes can serve in a pinch).
