Looking to be in his late twenties, maybe a little older or younger, is a man of Hispanic heritage with dark olive skin. He has dark brown hair that is spiked up on top, short on the sides and back. His eyes are expressive twin pools of chocolate brown and he has a beard that is kept short. He stands a few inches shy of six feet tall and has an athletic build. He has a skinwatch on one wrist and a biomonitor on the opposite arm. There are tattoos, not light tattoos either, that are not usually visible unless his shirt is off.

He generally wears clothing that is a bit on the unobtrusive side, generic chic if that, shirt, pants, combat boots, faux leather jacket, and mirrorshades. He has a couple small earrings in both ears, a couple rings on either hand (none indicating married), and usually slipped in to his shirt is a Catholic crucifix necklace. Has a carryall on his back most of the time. A combat knife is sheathed in the small of his back, and under one arm is a shoulder holster carrying a very well-crafted heavy pistol with a little Catholic iconography engraved on it.
