Shatal "Shan" is a dwarf from Mithril Halls, he is a bloodrager of elemental bloodline. He is most often seen in Neverwinter keeping up with the elven cousins Ansraritahl Shimmerstar and Azianue Starshower. He is close friends who bickers constantly with Qillian Greenvale.
