• Outfitting a ship to commit hostilities upon citizens of the United Terran Alliance or their property
  
• Preventing a commander from fighting in defense of their ship or cargo
  
• Corrupting a ship's captain, officers, or mariners,
  
• Attacking a vessel with the intent to plunder it,
  
• Causing a shipwreck, or plundering, stealing or destroying a vessel in distress,
  
• Stealing a vessel or its goods or convincing someone to voluntarily give up a vessel or its goods without proper licensing
  
• Dealing in untaxed goods
  
• Corrupting a duly appointed officer of the law
