This ratfolk moves in a strangely mechanical manner, and his eyes appear to glow from within with faint green light. He keeps his body, even his tail, fully covered, but occasionally as he moves, a similar dim light seems to emanate from beneath his clothes. He carries a musket that appears to be made of scavenged junk.
