Father Mordecai, of the Clan Ironfist, is a middle-aged Mountain Dwarf. He is almost as wide as he is tall. He stands about 4’8” and he carries himself like a piece of granite. He has light brown skin, greenish-earthy-brown eyes, and fiery red hair and beard. His skin is tough, but is lighter in tone than the average Dwarf. His hair is pulled back and falls in multiple braids down his back almost to his waist. To the extent it can be seen, his face is weather-worn from cold, from wind, and from life. He has a full mustache and beard. Like his hair, his beard is multi-braided and well groomed and cascades down to the mid-stomach region.

Father Mordecai is obviously a Priest, but his heavy armour, war helm, and two-handed battle axe, that he carries and wields easily, all indicate that he is a strong and formidable Fighter. On his war helm is chiseled an iron fist - honoring his Clan - and a Great Horned Owl that is just coming in to a landing on that iron fist. The Great Horned Owl is evidently indicative of his unique status as a Dwarven Priest.

He wears an iron holy symbol on a chain around his neck but tucked in behind his beard. His voice and his laugh are a deep and rich baritone in quality.

He is known as “Father Mordecai,” although he often refers to himself simply as “The Priest.”
