Noriko, or just Nori to some is a petite five foot three inch sixteen year old girl, or at least on the surface that's what most would see beyond the jumpsuit with "PSI" in large white letters over her left breast. Puffy blue-black hair frames a young face with large brown eyes, a button nose, and pouty red lips.  There's a glint of something in her eyes, may be even something sinister as she struts with a confidence that's well beyond her meager years.
