Little is known about Zyra Jax who has served the majority of her career with the Chandillan Intelligence Services.  She is fairly unremarkable for a Zabrak possessing no distinctive features.  She is of average height and build, the kind of person you forget easily.

She is quiet and unassuming.  To her friends she is warm and friendly.  She rarely changes the pitch and tone of her voice and it is unusual to see her upset or angry.  She is thorough, especially when conducting an intelligence briefing.

Whilst not a masterful pilot she is still deadly in the cockpit, having flown starfighters for many years on various covert operations.
