Physical description:  Signa either drew the joker when it comes to physical mutations or she is the result of some very twisted genetic experiments.  While overall she is human in appearance that is just the broad outlines.  She is short, only 5 foot 2 inches and currently weighs only 85 pounds.  She has no secondary sexual characteristics such as breasts to indicate she is female although even with her androgynous features that is the image conveyed.  She has very pale skin but there is a hint of dusky color to it as if maybe she should be much darker.  In stark contrast to her pale skin her face and body are covered in intricate ebony black tribal style markings that seem to shift and flow to match the shadows.  "SGN 6A" is tattooed in 2" block letters on the inside of her left wrist

Her hair is currently just a very short black fuzz on her head on down her spine, this makes her first oddity rather easy to see.  A set of ram like horns grow from the back of her head and form a half circle ending just slightly forward of the bottom of her jaw.  A second set of goat like horns grow up from her forehead and are about 5” long.  There are several scars on her face and body, some ragged and rough as if from an injury or fight while others are surgically precise.  The biggest one on her face starts below her left eye, crosses the bridge of her nose and slices down through her right cheek to the corner of her jaw.  This pulls the right side of her mouth up into a permanent smirk.  Something about the shape of her jaw and head tips her face into the uncanny valley and the not quite human area.

Signa’s eyes are pitch black with no visible iris or pupil, even the sclera is black.

Signa has a dorsal caudal appendage (tail) that can be as short as 5 feet or as long as 20 feet.  It is prehensile along its full length and ends in a wickedly sharp bone claw/stinger.

Signa currently wears an assortment of rags and wraps about her body mostly for concealment but also for some limited protection from the elements.  She is always barefoot however.

Signa never speaks above what would be a loud Whisper for anyone else.

Powers:  Signa 6 has an odd assortment of abilities many of which are interconnected to grant an overall effect.  First off she is superhumanly strong and can routinely lift/press 8+ tons of dead weight.  This means that her skeletal structure, musculature, tendons and ligaments are all strong enough to support this weight.  At the same time her body is incredibly limber and flexible allowing her to flex and soak most blunt force impacts with minimal damage (punches, clubs, cars, walls) but does not really help against bullets or knives or other piercing or energy attacks.  She is however impervious to small caliber gun fire and can withstand up to 9 Mil at the 50 foot range do to a tougher than normal skin.

Coupled with her strength Signa is inhumanly agile with a level of manual dexterity that is several orders of magnitude better than a normal human.  She can easily walk or even run across a tight or slack rope. (Think Spiderman).  This coupled with her flexibility makes her extremely hard to hit.

Through an as yet unknown means Sigma has the ability to cling to almost any surface and move across it as if it was flat ground (This is assuming it can support her weight).  In order to cling to a surface she must be barefoot or not wearing any gloves.  This may be connected to another ability I will cover shortly.

Signa can perform a vertical high jump of almost 40’ under normal conditions and under special conditions can increase that to nearly 120’.  In the case of the 120’ jump it is going up only, jumping down from that height would be a >>SPLAT<<.  She can also run at a stead speed of almost 60 mph for almost an hour before fatigue begins to slow her down, she can sprint at nearly 120 MPH for roughly a ½ mile and again under special conditions she can burst up to almost 200 MPH for about 100 yards.

Signa has the ability to release a Kinetic burst of energy from her body to produce an assortment of effects.  If she focuses it through her hands she can deliver a devastating punch that can shatter concrete and rupture steel but can not be used to lift anything.  By focusing it into her legs she can release it as an explosive leap or to propel her forward in a ground scorching burst of speed.  All of these are short burst effects and it can take several minutes for her to build up enough of a charge for another use.  Signa’s ability to cling to a surface may be a variant on this kinetic ability and it could be a factor in her ability to resist bullets.

Signa’s most unusual feature is her tail.  This tail when full contracted is 5’ long and about the size of her leg.  However it can extend out to almost 20’ in length.  It is as flexible as an elephants trunk and can curl around and grip items as small as ½”.  It is strong enough even at full extension to support her full weight as well as anything she is holding assuming it has a good grip on something.  The tip of the tail has a hardened bone claw/stinger that can score hard stone and mild steels.  There are also venom glands that allow her to inject a powerful paralytic venom.

Signa also has sharp talons on her hands and feet.  These talons are as hard as her tail claw but are to short to do the same kind of damage.  If expecting a fight Signa will often coat her claws with the venom from her stinger.  She likes to 'Milk' the venom from the stinger on a daily basis if she has not otherwise used it or it begins to crystalize and clog up.

Signa has demonstrated an ability to open her jaws almost a full 90 degrees and has enough teeth to give a shark nightmares.

Signa is immune to almost all toxins, drugs, or poisons however she still needs oxygen and high levels of CO and CO2 are still toxic.

HISTORY:  Signa has no memories older than about three weeks prior to the events in New York.  Her earliest memory is of waking up in a cage in a destroyed laboratory.  There were almost 20 other cages in the lab, 16 of which held dead creatures fairly similar to herself except they were all dead with bullet holes in their heads.  The last four cages were unlocked and empty.  There were also several humans in the room, also dead from similar bullet holes.  It took 2 days to escape her cage and after that she survived as best she could on the streets of New York until her capture by Monolith and subsequent rescue by Skinwalker.

Signa named herself after the Tattoo on her arm but does not know what it means.  She can Read quite well and seems to have a complete unabridged dictionary in her head for all the good it does her.  She can count but does not know even basic math.  There is an assortment of other knowledge in her head but she does not know it until she needs to.  Her people skills are not.
