Issakissa is a green scaly skinned Yuan Ti.  (page 130 MMII)  Her torso is that of a naked scaled and green skinned female, her tail is that of a snake.  Whilst her upper body is fairly light the scales gets progressively darker as they move down to the black tail.  About where her hips start a red stripe runs down her back like the continuation of her spine, disappearing before the black point of her tail.  Her eyes are yellow slits, the tongue black and slightly forked, her hands end in sickly yellow talons
