Shao-Wao is an Ogre Magi with light blue skin and green hair.  He has long hooked black talons, with white tusks and an ivory horn sticking out of the center of his forehead.  He has solid black eyes with white pupils.  Typically he is bare chested with only dark pants ripped off at the knees.
