Dame Khione was an emissary from the northwestern Rosicrucian Imperium, given leave by her father Prince Boreas and Queen Eurydice herself to aid Prince Eurus Jadesong with the violent uprisings in the Celestial Bureaucracy. As one of the girls selected for the mysterious G.O.D.D.E.S. Project, Khione is a Sorceress as well as a capable melee combatant; she wields her spellsword and witchlance in creative, beautiful ways, earning her the nickname "Flying Snow."

Agile and of medium build, Khione's features are distinctly faeblooded. Her eyes are bright triple rings of lilac, ice blue and winter gray that shift like opals. Her hair is a fine silky fall of palest blond, not quite platinum, and her voice is a lilting, hypnotic melody. Most interesting however, is the bushy, silvery gray fox's tail protruding from her lower back. Khione is a kitsune whose elemental affinity is for air and water, and which made her a natural choice to help Eurus with his political problems.

Since reaching her final attainment, Khione's eyes burn ice blue, lilac, and radiant gold around the pupils, and her hair glows with solar luminescence when the sorceress spins Craft.
